We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Partner to drive our growth in the rapidly evolving consulting services space. This high-level, commission-only role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on engaging C-suite executives and promoting best-in-class solutions delivered by our unparalleled team of consultants. You will have full support from our marketing and prospecting teams, ensuring you can focus entirely on what you do best: closing deals and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle using Pipedrive CRM, from prospect engagement to deal closure.
• Conduct strategic meetings with C-suite executives, articulating our Finance Transformation NavigatorAccelerator™ framework—an example of our core offerings detailed here—and showcasing how we help clients achieve 2x Revenue Growth, while remaining flexible to tailor other transformative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our elite consultants to develop tailored solutions that address complex client needs.
• Leverage VAI Consulting’s unique market position and reputation for excellence to secure high-value deals.
• Drive consistent deal closures, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven track record in closing complex, high-value deals with C-suite executives.
• 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in professional services or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, AI, and Cloud Services landscapes.
• Proficiency with Pipedrive CRM and experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and delivering results with minimal oversight.
